Before you can pay a partner, you need to create a payout that bundles the rewards you want to settle. Kiflo gives you three manual entry points for creating payouts, as well as an automatic payout creation feature that runs on a schedule so you never have to remember to trigger payments. Every newly created payout starts with a Draft status and is not visible to the partner until you validate it.

Method 1: From the Partners tab

Use this method when you want to create payouts for one or more partners at the same time without navigating to each partner’s individual page.

Open the Partners tab

In the admin portal, navigate to the Partners tab.

Select one or more partners

Use the checkboxes on the left of each partner row to select the partners you want to pay. You can select multiple partners at once.

Click Create Payout

Once at least one partner is selected, a Create Payout button appears at the top of the list. Click it to open the payout creation form.

Complete the following fields to define which rewards to include:

Create the payout

Click Create. Kiflo builds the payout and redirects you to the Payouts tab where the new payout appears with a Draft status.
When you select multiple partners, Kiflo creates one payout per partner (per currency and reward type combination). You are redirected to the Payouts tab where all newly created payouts are listed.

Method 2: From the Payouts tab

Use this method when you are already working in the Payouts tab and want to initiate a new payout without switching views.

Open the Payouts tab

Navigate to the Payouts tab in the admin portal.

Click Create Payout

Click the Create Payout button at the top of the page.

Complete the following fields:

Create the payout

Click Create. The payout is created with a Draft status and appears in the Payouts tab.

Method 3: From a specific partner’s page

Use this method when you are already reviewing a specific partner’s activity and want to create their payout without leaving their profile.

Open the Partners tab and select a partner

Navigate to the Partners tab and click on the specific partner you want to create a payout for.

Go to the Rewards tab

Inside the partner’s profile, click the Rewards tab to see all rewards earned by that partner.

Click Create Payout

Click the Create Payout button on the Rewards tab.

Complete the fields to define the scope of the payout:

Create the payout

Click Create. Kiflo creates the payout and takes you to the Payouts tab where it appears with a Draft status.

Automatic payout creation

Instead of creating payouts manually every cycle, you can configure Kiflo to create them automatically at regular intervals. Kiflo only creates payouts for partners who have pending rewards — partners with no rewards to pay are skipped automatically.

Open Account Settings

Click the top-right menu and select Account, or navigate to the Payouts tab and click Configure.

Go to Payouts settings

In the Account page, click Payouts in the left-hand menu.

Enable automatic payout creation

Scroll to the Automatic payout creation section and toggle on Create payouts automatically.

Choose a creation schedule

Select one of the following options:
  • Every month — Kiflo creates payouts on the 1st of each month for all partners with pending rewards.
  • Every quarter — Kiflo creates payouts on the 1st of each calendar quarter (January, April, July, October).
  • When pending rewards reach a threshold — Kiflo creates a payout for a partner as soon as their total pending rewards equal or exceed the amount you define.
For the monthly and quarterly options, you can also set an optional threshold: Kiflo will only create a payout at the scheduled interval if the partner’s pending rewards meet or exceed that minimum amount.
The pending rewards threshold is always evaluated in your main account currency. If multi-currency is enabled, Kiflo converts each partner’s reward amounts into the main currency before comparing against the threshold.
If a partner has pending rewards in multiple currencies or of multiple reward types, Kiflo creates separate payouts for each currency and type combination — even when using automatic creation.
Once payouts are created — automatically or manually — proceed to the validation and payment workflow.

Validate & Pay

Review rewards, collect partner confirmation, export payout files, and mark payouts as paid.
