The native Salesforce integration bridges your partnership team and your sales team by keeping records in sync between Kiflo and Salesforce. When a partner submits a lead or registers a deal in Kiflo, the information flows directly into Salesforce — and updates made by your sales team in Salesforce are reflected back in Kiflo.

What syncs between Kiflo and Salesforce

Custom fields defined in both Kiflo and Salesforce can be mapped to keep your data model consistent across both platforms.

Enable the Salesforce integration

1

Open Integrations

Go to Manage in the top navigation, then click Integrations.
2

Select Salesforce

Click the Salesforce tile.
3

Add to Kiflo

Click Add to Kiflo to begin the OAuth authentication flow.
4

Authenticate with Salesforce

You will be redirected to Salesforce. Sign in with your Salesforce credentials and click Allow to authorize Kiflo to access your org.
5

Configure sync settings

Once connected, open the Settings tab to configure which objects to sync and when (on creation, on acceptance, or bidirectionally).

Configure sync workflows

After connecting, choose which data flows you want to activate:
  • Partners → Accounts: Push new Kiflo partners to Salesforce as Accounts. Updates are kept in sync bidirectionally.
  • Leads → Leads / Contacts: Send partner-sourced leads to Salesforce. Choose whether to sync on creation or only after acceptance.
  • Deals → Opportunities: Push deal registrations to Salesforce as Opportunities. Map Kiflo deal stages to Salesforce opportunity stages.
  • Contacts → Contacts: Keep contact details in sync across both platforms.
If your sales team works primarily in Salesforce and qualifies deals there, enable bidirectional sync so updates they make in Salesforce are immediately visible in Kiflo.

Deal stage mapping

Because Salesforce Opportunity stages may differ from Kiflo deal stages, you need to map each Kiflo stage to the corresponding Salesforce stage.
1

Open stage mapping

In the Salesforce integration settings, go to the Deal stages tab.
2

Select target pipeline

If your Salesforce org uses multiple pipelines or record types, select the one where partner-sourced Opportunities should be created.
3

Map each stage

For every Kiflo deal stage, select the matching Salesforce Opportunity stage. Save your mapping before exiting.

Field mapping

Map individual fields between Kiflo and Salesforce objects so the right data lands in the right place.
1

Open field mapping

In the Salesforce integration settings, go to the Field mapping tab and select the object type you want to configure.
2

Map fields

Pair each Kiflo field with the corresponding Salesforce field. Set the sync direction for each pair: Kiflo → Salesforce, Salesforce → Kiflo, or bidirectional.
3

Save

Click Save to apply the mapping.

Disable the Salesforce integration

To disconnect Salesforce from Kiflo:
  1. Go to Manage > Integrations > Salesforce.
  2. Click Remove from Kiflo.
To fully revoke Kiflo’s access, remove the connected app from your Salesforce org’s Connected Apps settings.
Disabling the integration stops bidirectional sync. Existing records and any custom fields created during setup are not deleted.
