A Partner Directory is a public-facing web page that showcases your partner ecosystem to the world. Potential customers, prospects, and businesses can browse your partners, filter by location or specialization, view individual partner profiles, and submit contact requests — all without logging in to anything.
Partner Directories is a purchasable addon for Kiflo. Contact your Kiflo account manager or Kiflo support to add it to your subscription before following the steps in this guide.
You manage all directories from Manage > Partner Directories. Each published directory is accessible via a public URL at https://{subdomain}.directory.kiflo.com.

Key capabilities

Public partner listings

Display your entire partner ecosystem on a branded, public page. Visitors scroll through all listed partners or filter the list to find the right match.

Search and filtering

Configure filter criteria based on partner properties — location, specialization, partner type, language, and more — so visitors can narrow results to exactly what they need.

Partner profile pages

Every partner gets a dedicated profile page with customizable sections including Company Description, Partnership Description, and a Contact form.

Lead generation

When a visitor submits the contact form on a partner’s profile page, Kiflo automatically creates a lead in your account so you can track directory-sourced leads alongside all other lead sources.

Full branding control

Customize colors, logos, headline sections, CTA buttons, the footer, social links, and legal links. Style the directory to match your company brand so it feels like a natural extension of your website.

Custom code injection

Inject custom HTML or JavaScript into the head or body of directory pages to add Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, chat widgets, or other third-party tools.

Create and publish your first directory

1

Navigate to Partner Directories

Go to Manage > Partner Directories. If this is your first directory, the list will be empty.
2

Create a new directory

Click New directory. Enter an internal name for the directory — this is for your reference only and will not be shown to visitors. Click Create.Your new directory opens in the configuration view with a Private status, meaning it is not yet publicly visible.
3

Configure General settings

In the General settings tab, review the Page field. This is the URL slug for your directory. If you create multiple directories, each page name must be unique.
4

Set up branding

Open the Branding tab and configure:
  • Your primary color and logos.
  • CTA button colors to match your brand.
  • Social media links (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram).
  • Privacy policy and legal notice URLs.
5

Configure filters

Open the Filters tab and enable the filter criteria most relevant to your audience — such as location, language, or project type. These become the search filters visitors use on the directory listing page.
6

Set up the contact form

Open the Contact form tab. Toggle individual fields on or off — First name, Last name, Email, Company Name — and drag to reorder them. This form appears on every partner’s profile page and is how visitors send contact requests.
7

Design partner profile pages

Open the Profile page layout tab to set the structure each partner’s public profile page follows:
  • Edit the default sections: Company Description, Partnership Description, and Contact Partner.
  • Add Rich text sections for any additional custom content.
  • Reorder sections by dragging and dropping.
Partners fill in each section from their portal once you invite them.
8

Add tracking scripts (optional)

Open the Custom HTML/JS tab if you need to add analytics or third-party tools:
  • Head section — code added to the end of the <head> tag (for example, Google Tag Manager).
  • Footer section — code added to the end of the <body> tag.
9

Invite partners

Open the Partner profiles tab and click Invite partners. Choose how to select partners from three methods:
  • By Partner(s) — hand-pick specific individual partners.
  • By Program(s) — invite all partners enrolled in specific program levels.
  • By Group(s) — invite all partners belonging to specific groups.
Preview the list of partners who will receive the invitation email, select an email template, then click Invite. Invited partners receive an email prompting them to fill in their profile from their partner portal.
A partner can only appear in one directory at a time. If a partner is already listed in another directory, they will not appear in the invitation selection list.
10

Publish the directory

When you are satisfied with the configuration and have invited at least some partners, click Publish. Confirm by clicking Yes, I’m sure. The directory status changes to Public and your directory goes live at its configured URL. Click Open partner directory to view it.

Invite partners to an existing directory

You can add more partners to a published directory at any time — you do not need to unpublish it first.
1

Open the directory

Go to Manage > Partner Directories and click the directory you want to update.
2

Go to Partner profiles

Select the Partner profiles tab.
3

Send invitations

Click Invite partners in the top-right corner. Choose your invitation method — by individual partner, program, or group — preview the list, select an email template, and click Invite.

Customize directory branding

Open your directory and go to the Branding tab to adjust colors, logos, the headline section, CTA button styles, social media links, and footer legal links at any time. Changes take effect immediately on the live directory.

Customize partner profile pages

Open your directory, go to the Profile page layout tab, and add, remove, or reorder sections. Any changes to the layout apply to all partner profile pages in that directory. Partners update their own profile content from their partner portal. After inviting a partner, you can also edit their profile directly from your side:
  • On the Partner profiles tab, click on the partner’s name.
  • Edit their company name, website, logo, headline, descriptions, and filter values.
  • Update any sections defined in the profile page layout.

Lead generation from directories

Every directory contact form automatically creates a lead in Kiflo when a visitor submits it. To review these leads, navigate to your Leads section and filter by source. You can use this data to measure the business impact of your directory and identify which partner profiles generate the most inbound interest.
You can create multiple directories for different audiences — for example, one directory per region, one per partner type (agencies vs. technology partners), or one per product line. Each directory is managed and branded independently.
