# How to create payouts automatically?

Kiflo can create payouts automatically for you at specific intervals.

## Create Payouts Automatically

Access the Payouts settings either from the top-right user menu:

* Click the **Account** item

Or from the payouts page:

* Click the **Configure** button

On the Account page:

* Click on **Payouts** on the left menu
* Move to the section **Automatic payout creation**
* Toggle on **Create payouts automatically**

### Creation Options

You can choose when payouts must be created. This option is the same for all partners and all programs.

Available options:

1. Create payouts every month (the first day of the following month)
2. Create payouts every quarter (the first day of the following quarter)
3. Create payouts when the sum of pending rewards reaches a threshold

In any case, payouts are created only for partners who have pending rewards. If a partner has no pending reward, no payout is created.

**Create payouts every month**

On the 1st of each month, Kiflo creates payouts for all partners with pending rewards. It includes all rewards matching these criteria:

* With status Pending or Accepted
* Not yet included in any payout

**Create payouts every quarter**

On the 1st of each calendar quarter (January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and September 1st), Kiflo creates payouts for all partners with pending rewards. It includes all rewards matching these criteria:

* With status Pending or Accepted
* Not yet included in any payout

**Don't want to trigger payments for $10? Define a threshold!**

You can optionally set a threshold for the two options above. In that case, Kiflo only creates payouts at the selected interval if the sum of pending rewards is equal to or above the threshold.

**Create payouts when the sum of pending rewards reaches a threshold**

As soon as the sum of pending rewards for one partner reaches the defined threshold, Kiflo creates payouts for this partner. It includes all rewards matching these criteria:

* With status Pending or Accepted
* Not yet included in any payout

### Pending rewards threshold

The pending rewards threshold is defined in the main account currency. Even if the [multi-currency option](/account-settings/languages-currencies/enable-multi-currency.md) is enabled.

To evaluate the threshold per partner, Kiflo converts reward amounts into the main account currency.

### Multi-payouts per partner

One payout can only include rewards with:

* Same currency
* Same reward type (Cash, Coupon, etc)

If a partner has pending rewards in multiple currencies and/or of multiple types, many payouts are created.
