# How to create an FAQ?

Creating an FAQ is a fantastic way to have more self-sufficient and autonomous partners. It will also save you time as you won’t have to constantly reply to the same questions.

## Creating an FAQ

To ensure you provide your partners with instant answers through FAQ, follow these steps:

* Go to the **Help Center**
* Go to Collections
* Click on [Add collection](/partner-enablement/help-center/create-collection.md) and name it FAQ

Once done, you can write [one or multiple articles](/partner-enablement/help-center/create-article.md) and link each article to the FAQ collection.
