# How to create a partner program?
Programs are used to segment partners. You can group partners of the same type in the same program (ex: all referral partners in a Referral Partner Program, all resellers in a *Reseller Partner Program*).
You can create different levels inside the same program (ex: Bronze, Silver, or Gold), and define the requirements, benefits & rewards per level.
## Create a new program
From the top menu:
* Click on **Programs**
* Click the button **Add a new program**
* Choose a name for your new program and click **Add**
