# How to manage partner team members?

* Choose a Partner you will add a team member for
* Go to **Team** tab

## Access to Partner Portal <a href="#access-to-partner-portal" id="access-to-partner-portal"></a>

Among all team members on a partner, you can choose who has access to the partner portal or not. All team members who have access to the partner portal will see the same level of information regardless if they are a manager or a sales representative.

You can also add team members who do not have access to the partner portal just to save the contact information.

How to enable or disable access to the Partner Portal:

* Go to **Partners** page
* Choose a Partner
* Go to **Team** tab
* Click on Member name
* Enable or disable **Kiflo PRM Account**

When updated you can view this article on [How to invite partners?](/manage-partners/partner-records/invite-partners.md)

{% hint style="info" %}
**Can I give access in the future?**

In the future you can always disable or enable access.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs-vnext.kiflo.com/manage-partners/partner-teams/manage-partner-team-members.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
