# How to monitor Business Plans progress?

An important aspect of [creating objectives](/manage-partners/business-plans/create-business-plan.md) is taking the time to measure progress. With Kiflo it is easy to do it.

## Monitor Business Plan Progress

To monitor the progress of a business plan, follow these easy steps:

* Go to the **Partner** page
* Click on the specific partner you want to monitor the business plan progress

If the partner has an active business plan, you will be able to see a Business Plan tab here.

* Click on the **Business Plans** tab

On this page, you will see all the objectives that have been defined in the business plan with categories including sales, marketing, and training.

You can also see the target value, the current value, and what has been achieved.

This is a great way to see how much progress has been made thus far.

If for example, your partner is not making much progress in relation to the objectives you have set. It enables you to become proactive by contacting your partner and creating a solution to ensure growth.

Not seeing progress is not a reason to give up. It’s an opportunity to try a different approach to accomplish your objectives.
