# How to manage activities in a Business Plan?

Creating objectives in business plans is essential, but how do you see or measure progress? That is what activities are for on Kiflo, and we will show you how you can log these activities.

## Log activities in a Business Plan

To get started, **go to an active business plan** with defined objectives.

Sales activities will be automatically created for you.

Marketing and training activities will have to be declared by you or your partner from their partner portal, as we cannot track this kind of event.

Follow these steps to declare them by yourself.

* Go to **Activities**
* Click **Log activity**

* Select the **Related objectives** you created
* Select the **Activity date**
* Add a **Comment** and then click **Add**

Once created, the Business Plan objectives will be updated accordingly.

## Deleting activities in a Business Plan

You might want to delete an activity that you have created, for example, if you no longer agree with it.

* To do delete an activity, click on the Activity
* A button to **Delete** the activity will appear, click on it
