# How to auto-accept leads?

Exchanging leads is an essential part of creating partnerships. Depending on your partner types, you may want to auto-accept leads.

## Auto-accept leads

To get started, follow the steps below:

* Click on your **Name** in the top right corner
* Click on **Account**
* Click on **Leads**
* Go to the **Validation strategy** section
* Select **No validation**
* Click **Save**

Once you have clicked save, all leads submitted by your partners will be automatically accepted.

Other validation strategies available include:

* Anyone: anyone in your team can accept/refuse the lead.
* Owner only: only the owner of the lead can accept/refuse the lead.
