# How to change the source partner on a deal?

Changing the source partner is simple, quick, and can be done anytime.

## Change the source partner

To change the source partner, follow the steps below:

* First, select the deal you want to change the source partner.
* Click the **Partners** tab.

On this tab, you’ll see all partners associated with the deal.

To change the source partner on the deal, move your mouse around the partner who you want to make the source partner and click the **Edit** button.

Next, you need to toggle the **Source** button to make the partner the source of the deal.

When you have enabled the option, click **Save**.

As simple as that, the process is complete.
