# What Is Kiflo PRM? Platform Overview and Key Features

> Discover what Kiflo is, who it's designed for, and how its capabilities — programs, portal, rewards, and integrations — power your partner program.

Kiflo is a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform designed to help businesses build, manage, and scale structured partner programs. If you work with referral partners, resellers, or affiliates, Kiflo gives you a single platform to recruit and onboard partners, track the leads and deals they bring in, automate commissions and payouts, and provide partners with a branded portal where they can self-serve — all without juggling spreadsheets or disconnected tools.

## Who Kiflo Is For

Kiflo is built for partnership and channel teams that want to move beyond manual processes. You'll get the most out of Kiflo if you:

* Run one or more partner programs (referral, reseller, or affiliate)
* Need a structured way to track partner-sourced leads and deals
* Want to automate partner compensation and reduce payout errors
* Need to give partners a professional, on-brand experience
* Want your partner data synchronized with your CRM and other revenue tools

## How Kiflo Is Organized

Kiflo groups its functionality into three areas that reflect how you and your partners work together:

**For you (the vendor):** The Kiflo admin area is where you configure programs, review partner applications, manage leads and deals, set up rewards, build workflows, and monitor performance across your entire partner ecosystem.

**For your partners:** The partner portal is a branded, self-serve environment where partners track their activity, submit leads and deals, access enablement materials, complete onboarding, and view their earnings and payouts.

**For your tech stack:** Kiflo integrates with the tools your sales and operations teams already use, so partner-sourced data flows automatically into your CRM and downstream systems without manual data entry.
