# Zapier Integration — Automate Kiflo with 2,000+ Apps

> Use Zapier to automate workflows between Kiflo and thousands of other apps — no code required. Great for CRM sync, partner marketing, and more.

Zapier lets you connect Kiflo to more than 2,000 other applications through simple, automated workflows called Zaps. You can automate repetitive tasks across your partner stack without writing a single line of code.

## What you can automate with Zapier

Here are some common use cases teams build with Kiflo on Zapier:

* **Partner marketing** — Trigger email sequences or add partners to marketing lists when they join a program in Kiflo.
* **Transaction creation** — Create Kiflo Transactions automatically when a payment is recorded in another system not natively integrated with Kiflo.
* **CRM synchronization** — Push leads and deals from Kiflo into a CRM that does not have a native Kiflo integration.
* **Notifications** — Send Slack messages or emails to your team when a new lead, deal, or partner application arrives in Kiflo.
* **Data enrichment** — Trigger third-party enrichment tools when a new partner or lead is created in Kiflo.

## Get started

    Go to [zapier.com/sign-up](https://zapier.com/sign-up) and create a free account if you do not already have one.

  <Step title="Find Kiflo PRM on Zapier">
    In Zapier, use the search bar and type **Kiflo PRM**, or go directly to [zapier.com/apps/kiflo-prm/integrations](https://zapier.com/apps/kiflo-prm/integrations) to open the Kiflo PRM integrations page.

  <Step title="Create your first Zap">
    Click **Connect to 2,000+ Apps** on the Kiflo PRM integrations page. Choose a trigger app or event, then select Kiflo PRM as the action app (or vice versa), and follow the Zap editor steps to configure your workflow.

  <Step title="Connect your Kiflo account">
    When prompted, authenticate with your Kiflo account. You will need an API Access Token — see [Generating an API Access Token](/account/security#api-access-tokens) for instructions.

  <Step title="Test and activate">
    Use Zapier's built-in test tool to verify the Zap works correctly, then turn it on.
