# Crisp.chat

Connect Crisp.chat to Kiflo and provide live support to your partners.

## Create your Crisp.chat account

Go to [Crisp.chat](https://crisp.chat/) and create your free account.

## Get your Website ID

In order to add Crisp.chat to Kiflo, you need to get your **Website ID**.

To do so, follow these steps:

1. Once you're signed in, go to [your settings](https://app.crisp.chat/settings/) by clicking on the "Gear" in the left menu
2. Click on "Workspace Settings".
3. Click on "Setup instructions" and copy your "Website ID"

## Enable Crisp.chat integration on Kiflo

Now it's time to enable Crisp.chat on Kiflo.

To do so, follow these steps:

1. Go to "Manage"
2. Click on "Integrations"
3. Click on "Crisp"
4. Click on "Add to Kiflo" to enable Crisp integration
5. Paste your Website ID and click "Save"

## Test it!

To test if Crisp.chat was successfully installed, sign-in as a Partner, and the Crisp.chat icon should appear.

Now it's time to write an amazing message and send it.

Open your Crisp App and you should see a new message coming from your Partner.

The email, first name, and last name for your Partner should be visible too.

In the visitor data section, in the right menu bar, you will also find the name of your Partner.
