# Workflows Triggers

Handling all tasks related to managing partners can be time-consuming. It’s also important to be proactive and break the 80/20 rules to have more active partners that help you grow your revenue. Luckily, [workflow](/automation/workflows-overview.md) triggers enable you to automate some of these aspects.

## What are triggers? <a href="#what-are-triggers" id="what-are-triggers"></a>

On Kiflo, there are different triggers that you can use to automate tasks and processes. These triggers will enable you to automate actions, such as sending reminder emails, creating tasks, updating properties…

## Different types of triggers <a href="#different-types-of-triggers" id="different-types-of-triggers"></a>

There are various kinds of triggers available, which include the following:

* [Workflow trigger: Partner invitation status changed](/automation/triggers/workflow-trigger-partner-invitation-status-changed.md)
* [Workflow trigger: Payout validated](/automation/triggers/workflow-trigger-payout-validated.md)
* [Workflow trigger: Metric changed](/automation/triggers/workflow-trigger-metric-changed.md)
* [Workflow trigger: Partner properties](/automation/triggers/workflow-trigger-partner-properties.md)

With all triggers, there are [re-enrollment settings](/automation/triggers/workflow-trigger-re-enrollment-settings.md) that allow you to re-enroll the same entity to a workflow, once they have completed the workflow.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs-vnext.kiflo.com/automation/triggers/workflows-triggers.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
