There are instances when you want to re-enroll in an entity. For example, re-enrolling a partner if they become inactive as this might happen more than once. We will show you how re-enrollment settings allow you to do that. ## Understanding re-enrollment settings Follow these steps to get started: * Go to **Manage**, open **Workflows**, choose existing Workflow, and press **Choose trigger.** * Toggle the **Re-enrollment** button and enter the number of **Re-enrollment delay** in days. ### Re-enrollment delay The re-enrollment delay lets you control the minimum time before an entity can be re-enrolled in the same workflow. If you set a re-enrollment delay of 0 days, the entity could be re-enrolled in the Workflow as soon as they meet the conditions. If conditions are met, if you set a re-enrollment delay of X days, the entity will be re-enrolled in the Workflow only after X days.The goal of adding a re-enrollment delay is to wait a specific time before the entity enters the Workflow again. ## Common uses ### Detect inactive partners during their entire lifecycle To detect inactive partners continuously you could trigger a Workflow based on the *Partner properties trigger* and select the Last seen date as more than 12 weeks ago. When a partner has not logged into the partner portal for those 12 weeks, the Workflow will start, and you can run a sequence of actions, such as sending a reminder email to log in. If you activate re-enrollment you can set a re-enrollment delay of 60 days to not re-enroll the partner in this workflow before the 60 days. After 60 days, if the partner’s last seen date is more than 12 weeks, then the Workflow will execute. --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
