# How to reset my password?

Securing your accounts with strong passwords ensures that your data is stored safely. However, it is also easy to forget the password to each account. Luckily, we make the process of resetting your password if you need a new one simple.

## Resetting your password

Follow these simple steps to access and secure your account:

* Go to [app.kiflo.com](http://app.kiflo.com/)
* You will find a **Forgot my password** link. Click on it

* Enter your email address
* Click **Reset my password**

You will receive an email in your mailbox, and when you open it, you will find a button labeled “Reset my password”. Click on it.

Once you have done this, you will be redirected to a new page where you can set your new password.

Your password must match security policies as it should have at least 8 characters and contain at least 1 digit.

* Click **Reset my password**

You will be logged in with your new password and this password will be updated. The next time you log in, you can reuse this new password.
