# How to grant partners access to the Account Mapping module?

Access to Account Mapping is controlled per program. When you enable it on a program, every partner in that program gains access to the module in their partner portal. This article shows you where to turn it on.

## Prerequisites

* You must have role **Owner** or **Admin**.
* You should have at least one program with partners in it.

## Granting access

Access is a per-program setting, so you enable it on each program whose partners should use Account Mapping.

* Open **Programs** in the top navigation and select the program.
* Open the **Settings** tab.
* In the **Others** section, turn on **Allow partners to access Account Mapping module**.

The change applies to all partners in that program. To give access to partners in another program, repeat these steps on that program.

## What partners can do once enabled

With the setting turned on, partners in the program can:

* Upload their own accounts.
* View account overlaps, based on the [sharing settings](/account-mapping/data-sources/manage-data-source-sharing-settings.md) you configured on your data sources.
* Start collaborations with you.

To stop access, turn the same toggle off. The Account Mapping module is then hidden from those partners' portal.
